1. Overview and Acceptance

Welcome to Quizzite Trivia ("Quizzite," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate this website and online store and provide digital trivia content, physical products, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Quizzite is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Any purchases you make are made directly with Quizzite, not Shopify.

By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not sell, transfer, license, or assign your account to any other person.

3. Description of Services

Quizzite offers:

Digital products, including downloadable trivia games or game packs
Subscription services providing ongoing access to licensed trivia content
Physical products, some of which are fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand providers

Unless otherwise stated, all trivia content is intended for in-person trivia use only.

4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been sent.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors supported by Shopify. We do not store your full payment details.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled before the next billing date.
There are currently no free trials, unless explicitly stated as part of a promotion.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings to prevent future charges.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

6. Refunds and Returns

Digital Products

All digital sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if a file is defective or inaccessible and the issue cannot be resolved.

Physical Products

We sell physical merchandise through the Services, some of which is fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand providers such as Printify, and some of which is fulfilled directly by Quizzite.

For print-on-demand items, refunds or replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective, and must be requested within the timeframe specified in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
For items fulfilled directly by Quizzite, we ship from Everett, Washington. Refunds or replacements are available only for defective or incorrect items and must be requested within the timeframe specified in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or normal wear and tear.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

Shipping and handling charges, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, except where required by law or where a return or replacement is approved due to our error (such as shipping an incorrect item or an item that arrives defective).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

For physical goods, title and risk of loss pass to you once the product is transferred to the carrier.

8. License and Content Use

When you purchase a subscription or digital trivia product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content solely for in-person trivia events.

Multi-venue use is permitted unless otherwise stated.
Digital redistribution, resale, public posting, or online publication is strictly prohibited.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Quizzite.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including trivia questions, branding, text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by Quizzite or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe intellectual property rights
Resell, scrape, or redistribute content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services
Interfere with site functionality or security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Feedback

If you submit feedback, ideas, reviews, or suggestions, you grant Quizzite a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIZZITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quizzite, its officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Sections which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
