Quizzite sells physical products that are fulfilled in two ways:

Print-on-demand products, which are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners such as Printify.
Direct-fulfillment products, which are fulfilled and shipped by Quizzite from Everett, Washington.

Processing times vary depending on the product and fulfillment method:

Print-on-demand items typically require additional production time before shipment.
Items fulfilled directly by Quizzite are generally processed within 2–3 business days.

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on destination, carrier, and fulfillment source. All delivery timeframes shown at checkout or elsewhere on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Quizzite is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout based on order details and delivery destination.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or when a replacement or refund is approved due to our error (such as an incorrect or defective item).
Any applicable duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Quizzite is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, and replacement shipments may require an additional charge.
